have been made with our business office.
After Hours Care
In a true emergency, please call 911 and ask to have your child
taken to Upstate Medical Center's pediatric emergency room. The
doctor at the emergency room can contact us after his evaluation.
Our office uses an answering service after 4:30 pm Monday through
Friday, and most of Saturday and Sunday. If you call regarding your
sick child, please leave your name, your child's name and age, the
problem you are calling about, and a phone number where you can
be reached, and a physician will call you back. Our answering service
will page the physician on call for urgent problems. If you do not
receive a call after one hour, please call again and check that
the information was taken correctly. Also, please disconnect your
caller ID, as all physicians in our group have an unlisted phone
number and our calls will be blocked. After 10 PM, nurses at Health
Connections at Upstate Medical Center will return your call.
Weekends and Holidays
Effective April 5th, 2008, the following Pediatricians will be providing
coverage for our office on alternating WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. If
you have a concern about your child on weekends or holidays, you
should call our office first (471-4196) the answering service will
direct you to whoever is on call that day.

New Patients
If you would like to bring your child or children to our office,
please call Nicki or Robin at 471-6115 to make sure we participate
with your insurance. We prefer to have all medical records from
previous doctors to review before the first appointment is made.
The immunization record is especially important.
