Parent Questions
Our nurses are responsible for handling all questions regarding illness, accidents, immunizations, laboratory results, and other pediatric issues. If a nurse is not available when you call, she will return your call as soon as possible. Please call back if you do not hear from her within an hour.

Prescription Refills
Our nurses can call in most refills of chronic medications during regular office hours. Please have your pharmacy number available for her.

Refills of controlled substances, such as Ritalin, require approval of the prescribing doctor as well as a recent visit. Please call 48 hours in advance and give us the following information: the name of your child, the name and dosage of the medication, and the date that you will pick up the prescription. Controlled substance prescriptions must be filled within 2 days of the date on the prescription.
